After Periscop reports, Viva Fresh Store manager is expelled and his decision to fire workers is annulled

Periscop has learned that after our media reports, the main management of “Viva Fresh Store” during yesterday has made the decision to expel E manager. Step from point to point in Podujevo.

In addition, his decision on denying the right to compensate for the vacation days that had been canceled for workers since December 19th, 2018, for the holiday season.

Periscop had reported that a delay in work, even for two minutes, the employees of “Viva Fresh Store” had dedicated them to the removal of a vacation day, even though they had worked up to 15 hours during the end of the day, and sometimes even at night.

Sunday, Periscop reported How the manager of the “Viva Fresh Store” in Podujevo, on January 5th had published a report on the entry and exits of workers, registered in the system from January 1st 2019.

All those who had delayed even one or two minutes would be punished, despite their maximum commitment at the end of the year.

Two minutes late at work, managers of this point equated them with a 12-hour working day.

Workers on this network of markets had to be at their place of work at least 15 minutes earlier.

If their work started at 0800, they had to register access to the system at 07:45.

And all those who were delayed, even for a few minutes, were punished.

In the photo provided by Periscope, they were seen on the employee's list one day, or two days of compensation for additional tasks during the end.

Work for up to 12 hours, without pauses, without a day off and no cent compensation for extra hours were just some of the flagrant violations of workers' rights from the large market network “Viva Fresh Store” for which Perscope reported on the eve of the holiday season.

With a series of articles published by Periscope in which violations of the rights of the workers were handled, a series of accusations from workers and consumers of this chain had arrived at our address, from all points stretching across Kosovo.
