PDK MP Xhevahire Izmaku at “Express Intervist” has indicated that the Law for Salaries and the Law for Buzhet has passed all commissions.
“We just finished work and voting on the functional and permanent commissions that passed the law in the Parliament. Today it was voted in the Commission for Legislation, the Commission for Integration, the Commission for Boards and Finances, so today the Law on Salaries and the Boards has passed. It's been an extremely intensive job. All budgetary organisations have demanded that they have high cofficiency, so it was a lot of pressure”, she said.
She has said that Bedri Hamza's Mahir Jagcilar has also monitored this process today and have provided a great help. And even the opposition was part of this process, she has said.
According to her, nothing is final in the Law for Salaries, since it can later be changed for specific categories.
The “is unanimously voted for three more laws. But the biggest concentration was in the Law on Salaries. It's not a depressing mirror, we've come to a conclusion to the immediate possibilities we have, it doesn't mean it's final decisions. Changes may be made later for individual categories”, she said.
Izmacus says that everyone has the right to seek a more dignified life, but they must be seen as opportunities.
Civil servants are not treated as teachers and doctors. Danger is the potential that I have left without a nurse. Let us not forget the fact that we are living in Kosovo, given the financial circumstances we have, we cannot compare to Switzerland and the US. We've received a draft from the MSH, and we're sitting with experts when the amendments are connected. The organisation that has taken place with the cofficients has also been taken on the basis of comparison to the same level states”, Izmaku said.
Izmac is optimistic that there's after reflection by the population in general.
According to her, the increase in salaries in the prime minister may have affected these requests from teachers and doctors.
“abim sees wage increases in the prime minister. No one is privileged today. The rise in wages with a decision has exasperated people, and perhaps even moved them to make these demands. The responsibility is not the same as being worked in Pristina or Shtime, but the Law stipulates that the salary is the same for the same work. We had two-three rejections, so the law could take effect after six months. The opium deadline is six months from now, unless large groups --” are created, she said.
According to Izmak this is not the last opportunity for teachers, “once we have the first chance, we'll make the salary increase”.
She is also optimistic that the budget will be approved in the country this Saturday.
I believe that on Saturday there will be no problem, I don't believe at least LDK will vote. There are other things we can have objections to, but to the budget. I'm optimistic that on Saturday the body will vote on the” budget, Izmaku said. /Time.net
