On the occasion of the death of our only son, Arian, as his parent and on behalf of the whole Daci family, I want to thank and express our deep gratitude to all Albanians for the comfort and pain shared with us during the difficult times we experienced. In particular, we want to thank the state representatives from the position and opposition in Kosovo for their comprehensive visits and support, leaders of Albania, Albanian leaders from Macedonia and Montenegro, representatives from exiles coming from Europe, America and other countries, including President Thaci, Prime Minister Veselini, Prime Minister Haradinaj, LDK Chairman of Vetevendosje, President of Vetevendosje Kurti, President Meta, Prime Minister Rama, International Affairs Chairman Ahmeti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Constitutional Court Rama and the deputy prime minister, who enjoyed little co-ordination and co-operation with the new government's Office of the EU Secretary of State, under the presidency. We also want to thank representatives from foreign countries who comforted and shared our pain with us, including the British, French, Swedish, Hungarian Embassy and representatives of other countries. It was a tremendous pain for us, but there were also moments of pride when we accepted comfort from all the people regardless of their party, religious, or other affiliation. This is the best evidence that we manage to be unified in difficult and crucial times for the family but also for the country.
