Initially she has met with former US State Secretary and Kosovo's great friend, Madeleine Albright, with whom she has discussed the 20th anniversary NATO intervention programme in Kosovo.
I always enjoyed meeting former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, who I thanked for the continued support of our country. With Secretary Albright we also discussed the programme for marking the 20th anniversary of NATO's intervention in Kosovo by reaffirming NATO's extraordinary contribution as a factor for peace and stability in Kosovo, the region and the wider”, Jahjaga wrote on Facebook.

A few hours later, she announced another meeting with an international representative.
She wrote she had a fantastic meeting with the president of the American Council for International Education.
“Fantastic meeting with the American Council for International Education under which the Kosovar-American Fund for Education is (KAEF) and the Kennedy-Lugar program for the exchange of youth and study (YES). Through these programmes young people from Kosovo are able to attend studies at some of the best schools and universities in the United States. With the president of this council, Mr. Lorne Craner and the rest of the team discussed the possibilities for expanding these programmes for our young people's skills and the need for continued support from our institutions in order to ensure their sustainability”, she wrote.

The last meeting for today, Jahjaga had with the head of U's office USAID for Europe and Eurasia, Brock Bierman, who says he thanked for his continued support of our country through development programmes.
Good “AID for Europe and Eurasia, Brock Bierman, whom I thanked for continuing support of our country through development programmes. By Mr. I also asked for the opportunity to expand scholarship programmes for Kosovo students, as well as other programmes for our young people's skills, especially in the field of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), Jahjaga wrote on Facebook half an hour ago.

After the end of the term as president, Jahjaga has distanced from the political scene in Kosovo.
It has established the “Jahjaga” Foundation and is the most vocal public person in Kosovo for the protection of sexually raped women during the recent war in Kosovo, the number believed to total as many as 20 thousand. / PERISCOP
