Due to the lack of three attorneys accused in the “Toka” case, in which protagonist is the former deputet of PDK, Azem Syla, scheduled session for Wednesday [now] has failed, Koha Ditore reports.

Lawyers Arianan Koci and Granit Vokshi have informed the court that they will be missing because they are committed to protecting Special Court suspects.

In the case known as “Toka”, Azem Syla and others are charged with organised crime in changing social-owned lands in Veternik and Llapnasell, near Pristina.
