Kosovo's midfielder was one of Start's best players, but despite 26-year-old performances, the club failed to stay at the Norwegian football elite “Elestien”.
Shala's contract with Startin had an option for yet another year's renovation, but it would be a sin for a player to play in the second Norwegian division.

In a brief interview for “The sport at KTV”, “dardans player”, spoke for the first time about his future.
I didn't want to continue the contract because my goal is to move to another team. I still don't know where I'm going to continue my career, but I'm going to leave”, Shala said.
