Luka has said he has called on the EURZH to help the Kosovo government rebuild Kosovo's Telekom in order to improve its performance.
He has said the EBRD has offered willingness to offer a loan of up to 25m euros to help prepare Telekom for privatisation.
“Requesting that the commission's request for public enterprises be approved to authorise the privatisation commission of Telekom”, Minister Luka said.
