Many of the obstacles to economic growth continue to remain the same.
The section that refers to doing business environments is stressed that addressing obstacles to electricity and addressing construction permits are encouraging for building a more favourable business environment.
Meanwhile, the informal economy has been viewed as a major and important obstacle.
“Unblemed tax value is estimated at 107m euros, or 1.8 percent of BPV (Bruto Local Product v.j.)”, the document says.
