Researchers from the University of Iowa found that fried foods increase the risk of death by 8%, compared to those who do not consume such food, writes Insander.
What is disturbing is that the study published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) found especially strong connections with chicken and fried fish.
The study found that one or more French chicken thighs were linked to a 13% higher death risk involving causes and 12% higher death associated with the heart because of fried foods./Periscopi/
