Elliot Engel commemorates his friend Ibrahim Rugova

Albanian friend Eliot Engel, who has recently received the new mandate as chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee at the American Congress, has commemorated Kosovo's historic president, Ibrahim Rugova.

In the case of Rugova's 13th anniversary of his death, Engel, who is known for his recent support of Kosovo, has remembered his Kosovo friend with whom they had many meetings during the time of working hard on the release of Kosovo, and also after that period.

Engel as one of the best friends of Albanians has attended Rugova's funeral in 2006.

And during a visit to Kosovo during 2015, he did not forget to pay tributes near Rugova's grave, setting flowers.
