These changes were somehow decreed by President Ilir Meta, as earlier the issue of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs was set apart from other changes in the government cabinet, due to the refusal to decree Gent Cakaj's proposal as Albanian foreign minister, Tch reports.
Following the vote on these decrees, other laws on the new parliamentary session's work agenda have been passed.
