“If you don't give them the same amount of money in the amount of 5,000 Euros, they (husbands) will discover a videotape that would damage his honor and authority”, it was the reason for blackmail.
“With these actions, defendants have committed criminal acts blackmailing by Article 341 paragraph 1 concerning Article 35 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK)”, the court's announcement said.
Also accused M. It's required to compensate for a sum of money whose value is 1,000 euros, the doctor.
