“Vitin 2018, The Court of Appeals began with 12 thousand and 576 materials passed over the year, which means we had jobs - 26 thousand and 597. From these we have managed to solve 13 thousand and 640 materials, while there are 12 thousand and 957” at work, he said.
He said that during 2018, this court has solved 2,000 more subjects than in 2017.
Shala has also talked about anti-corruption and targeted provisions.
“are subjects this court considers with full priority. By 2017 we have inherited 16 against official corruption. During the year we left, we've accepted 108 subjects, which means we've had 125 cases at work. 107 have been accomplished, while still remaining at work and 18. As far as targeted subjects are concerned, we have all done in the record record terms currently no such”, he said.
He's also talking about the boycott that lawyers are doing, where he said he's getting in the way of work.
Shala made it known that today will be an extraordinary KDP meeting on the subject.
