Prosecutors Danilo Cecarelli originally and then on to special prosecutors Abdurrahim Islami, Syla Hoxha and Arian Gashi for a nearly two-year period since the establishment of the indictment, have gone to the Court only to receive the news that the court hearing called again has failed, Koha Ditore writes today.
While four prosecutors have been changed to represent the indictment, only one session deemed legally completed has been held so far.
For 25 months since the indictment was filed, against former delegation Azem Syla and 21 other people charged with various acts related to organised crime, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has legally completed only the initial session.
