The victim has not yet been identified, while the event took place on the Levan-Tepelene Highway, near the country called “24 hour” in Malakaster.
The accident author is the 27-year-old A.H., who as he directed the “Range Rover” has crashed into the victim's motorcycle, which has found immediate death in the country.
