Besa Sahini, who comes from Kosovo, a member of the government cabinet in Albania, has been sworn in today's presidency. Sahin officially took office as Minister of Education, Sport and Youth in Albania.
“Today officially took over the post of Minister of Education, Sports and Youth in the Republic of Albania. My predecessor, Lindita Nicolaus, with whom I worked closely for 15 months as deputy minister, has led this ministry with great courage and patience. The courage to make difficult decisions that brought major changes to the educational system and patience to listen and consult all Hisedars before making those decisions. I hope that these virtues will accompany me and me in carrying out this important task, especially at this point of challenge that includes in itself a great opportunity to realise the best ideas for Albanian education”, Shahini wrote on Facebook.
We remember that Sahin, yesterday, also received a vote of confidence in the Parliament by 77 votes. /Periscopi
