Arrested for the man since his carelessness killed his wife in Gjilan

Last night after midnight, the Warden's Prosecutor, the Department of Internal Crimes, at the Founding Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan, has reported a murder that occurred in the village of Selish, the municipality of Gjilan.

But according to the announcement, there is suspicion that, on January 01st, 2018, at around 10:10 minutes, in the village of Selica, Gjilan municipality, suspect J.J. (1958), due to negligence, his hunting rifle, which he has acquired without permission and authorisation, has now deprived his wife of life of the deceased Mr.J. (1956), in that way that while he was firing guns into the air, for the New Year's Day, the weapon was blocked and it didn't fire, by scratching, trying to fix it, the same shot and, at a distance of 2-3 meters, hit the deceased, in the upper back, causing fatal injuries.

By order of the prosecutor, the victim's lifeless body was sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine in Pristina for performing autopsy. The state prosecutor, today, has issued a ruling on the launch of the investigation and has filed a request for the appointment of the 30-day detention measure at the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, which is expected to decide on the matter within the legal deadline of”, the statement said. /Periscopi
