Ahmeti from Brussels: We'll talk about war crimes and economic situation

One of the leaders of Kosovo's negotiating team with dialogue with Serbia, Shpend Ahmeti, has talked about several issues to be discussed tomorrow in Brussels.

Regarding these talks, Ahmeti said he is neither optimistic nor pessimistic.

“I am neither optimistic nor pessimistic, we are the only team that can agree with an agreement, within, we will announce Brussels for the next steps and what we expect from this dialogue. One of the main points we will open are war crimes, and the economic situation in the country” has said Ahmeti.

Ahmeti has further said that Kosovo already has a negotiating team, which is the only one to negotiate.

“The Negotiator team is the only one negotiating, we are not in the race among ourselves, but to testify in Brussels that all accusations stated by Serbia do not stand, that Kosovo is for an agreement between the two countries, but not violating the rights of our country”.

Ahmeti has even talked about the 100% tax issue.

“Taxa is like the government's decision and only the government can remove it, what we can do is to present it in Brussels and make decisions from member states and submit it to the government of the Republic of Kosovo and they make the decision”, Ahmeti has concluded. /Indesksonline
