During the past year, Agriculture Development Agency [ A The ZHBK, which operates within this ministry, has launched a special measure for investments in rural infrastructure. His name has been recently mentioned in a co-ordination that involves President Thaci in the illegal spending of public funds earmarked for lobbying purposes.
The other billion wrote to the consortium consisting of companies “Andmeters”, “and the Joint Venture” and “Moea”. In all three businesses, the shareholder is Armend Malazog, who is also representative of the consortium that has provided support for the construction of capacity for organic fertilizer production.
