A special measure has illegally sent threem euros of state to businesses of which shareholders have people linked to politics from the ranks of Albanians and Serbs. The mass design was made in that form to adapt to businesses to be declared winners, notes Periscope.
Mission accomplished by the Ministry of Agriculture [ MBPZHR. During the past year, Agriculture Development Agency [ A The ZHBK, which operates within this ministry, has launched a special measure for investments in rural infrastructure. Halili was presented in 2007 as bringing to the Democratic Party of Kosovo [ The PDK, along with Kaplan Halimi, now secretary-general of the Ministry of Agriculture, and Blerand Stavileci, former minister of the same government dictatorship. His name has been recently mentioned in a co-ordination that involves President Thaci in the illegal spending of public funds earmarked for lobbying purposes.
The other billion wrote to the consortium consisting of companies “Andmeters”, “and the Joint Venture” and “Moea”. In all three businesses, the shareholder is Armend Malazog, who is also representative of the consortium that has provided support for the construction of capacity for organic fertilizer production.
