Avni Hyseni had shown health problems when she was presented at the Pec Regional Hospital.
The brother of the late Adnan claims that the problem began at Peja Hospital, which he considered fatal for his brother, Avni Hyseni.
Adnan says that his brother sent him to Peja Hospital with headaches and some veneers, but the staff treated him as an ordinary occasion, releasing him home without any detailed search.
Just when the late brother, Avni, had arrived home, he was lying in the courtyard unconscious.
Adnani has already filed criminal charges, he says, neglect of Pec hospital doctors.
The Hyseni family had decided that their son Avni would return to Peja Hospital and then to CKUK for treatment, but disappointment would deepen further.
Because of lack of beds, according to Adnan, at the Intensive Clinic “somebody has to die, to get in for treatment at the intensive clinic”, because that's where the maximum can be placed for treatment of only 21 persons.
This fate had also followed Avni Hysen, who had waited long enough to settle there.
The family had then decided that Avni would send to Tirana for further treatment. Even there, however, the family had not found the treatment promised by Dr. Petrela.
Even in Tirana it was said that Avni's treatment is impossible, deciding to return to Peja and then to Pristina.
However, anxiety and family suffering last many days until, according to Adnan Hysen, doctors in the CKUK decide that Avni remove the equipment without the permission of family members.
Avni says that he learned his brother's death by chance, which adds to his doubts.
The Hyseni family has already filed charges against the Pec and KKUK Hospital for negligence in treating their family.
