Avni Arifi, since September of last year, has been on hold to decree for ambassador to the United Arab Emirates.
But President Hashim Thaci has not yet decreed it, KTV reports.
Arifi says he's waiting for the decree now and several months and he doesn't know why it hasn't happened.
But, President Hashim Thaci's office has not returned answers to the reasons for Arifi's failure.
Unofficially, television finds that President Thaci has assessed that Arifi still needs Kosovo here.
Waiting for decree are other candidates from the Foreign Ministry
for ambassadors in Great Britain, Australia, Sweden, and some other countries.
Parliamentary Commission for Foreign Affairs Chairman Vjosa Osmani calls it a failure to foreign policy, not appointing ambassadors in these states.
Osmani accuses the ruling parties of violating the Law for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diplomatic Service, exceeding the 50 per cent quota with political appointment of ambassadors.
Avni Arifi is a member of the state dialogue team, as well as Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's chief of staff. /Time.net
