During a speech at a rally in northern Mitrovica, the Serbian president said Milosevic has been a great leader, “but has failed to meet his goals”.
During this talk, on the second day of his stay in Kosovo, Aleksandar Vuciq also spoke of the 1999 war.
At the time Serbian forces were committing massacres, violations, expulsion of the Kosovo Albanian population and destruction of their property, Vuciq has been minister of information.
“We have fought with honor against NATO in 1999, but we lost. They've been stronger, richer, so we've lost”, Vucinq stressed away.
Because of crimes committed by Serbian forces and because he never apologized for the victims of massacres committed around Kosovo, Aleksandar Vuciqi was today barred from going to Banja on Skyright.
Skyright Mayor Bekim Jashari, who comes from the family who lost about 50 members in the attack on Serbian forces, said Vuciq cannot come to Drenica without apologizing for the victims and massacres committed by Serbian forces in 1998/99.
