In an interview for “Kurir”, Stefanovic has said that although, according to him, Belgrade is looking for a solution with Pristina, the latter together with the EU are not expressing proper readiness.
“The solution is still at stake. Although as you can see, there is no readiness from Pristina and the European Union. Anyone who exerted pressure over these years so that we can reach an agreement, now that we have certain options, I'm not supporting anyone, Stefanovic said.
He has recalled that the agreement on establishing association was signed in 2013, meanwhile, that no one from the EU has been able to pressure for the outcome of this process.
Stefanovic also spoke of Vuciq's visit to Kosovo, as well as the Kosovo government's revocation of permission for entry into the Drenica area, where he said protesters who opposed Vuciqi's visit there also had firearms.
“First they threatened that if Vuciq went to Wyman he would be arrested, which would pass like Marko Djuric. Then, when the ban by Pristina authorities failed, the incident occurred in the village of Banja. Protesters were organized and orchestrated. We had information from intelligence services that different people also had weapons with them”, he said.
And according to him, Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq could not continue his visit to Banja, when, he says, the profile of protesters, war veterans who according to him carry guns.
We remember that days ago Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq was not allowed to go to the village of Banja in Squgaj. The Kosovo government's permit revocation came after protests by citizens in the area.
