Those accompanying the 84-year-old elder are just the cattle bells he cares about.

Recalling the time of his youth, he once said in this village there was life and goodness, but today he is not visited by anyone.

Ishmael Macedonia tells about RTV Dukagjin that he lives alone with his family in the village of Bbutovac.

I'm 84 years old today, with no one to shut up, except my kids. No one comes to us anymore, nobody comes to see us. Poor country, people have become masters. Someone's got a car, someone doesn't. You cry to anyone, not for joy, nor for kid”, the elderly man is desperate.

Macedonia says that at the moment the village can be regarded as a stage, because there is no living here.

I live with a girl, and a guy who comes one night not because he's at work. There's no other residents here. At the moment, the village can be regarded as station”, he says.
