A man who gave up masturbation for 700 days said he won “superpower” by not jerking off for so long.

He is one of 200,000 men who joined the online community “NoFap”, whose members swear they won't wear themselves.

Members of the Reddit community do not look at pornography or jerk off for different periods of time.

Some have seen this as a quick test to improve self-control, while others have seen it as an attempt to treat addiction to porn, depending on what had influenced them not to be driven by sex in real life.

In a post, the user named Broz wrote that he gave up masturbation two and a half years ago, and found that his mind had become cleaner and that it was “in peace with himself more often”.

He said he won “superpower”, including an increase in self-confidence, better focus and energy growth.
