The lawyer reacts after his client's arrest, Milaim Zeka

The prosecution's hasty actions have singled out the arrest and ban of MP Milaim Zeka, his lawyer, Gazmend Halilaj.

Halilaj has said his client's arrest is unfounded.

There is no basis for the arrest of my defender, Milaim Zeka. The suspicion of beating up my defenses does not stand because his actions do not meet the criteria to name criminal acts”, lawyer Halilaj said.

According to the lawyer, Milaim Zeka's statement that “will prosecute and canon” prosecutor Africa Shefkiu, who is dealing with the list of beneficiary veterans, does not represent the canning, ksp broadcasts.

He believes that this decision will be lifted because there is no basis for him to be held.

MP Zeka has been arrested today by police at the order of the Constitutional Prosecutor, since he in a television issue has “exhumed” prosecutor Africa Shefkiu.
