Kosovo urges US competition for implementation of final agreement with Serbia

Hoxhaj at this meeting has said that the finality between Kosovo and Serbia should be in agreement of implementation by both the European Union and the United States of America.
“Role and US support in the latest phase of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is extremely important. This process should end with mutual recognition and Kosovo membership in the UN, while the guarantee of implementation of this final agreement by the European Union and the US” is necessary, Deputy Prime Minister Hoxhaj has declared.
“In margins of the Bled Strategic Forum, with US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Matthew Palmer, we discussed the excellent relations between Kosovo and the United States of America, and the Euro-Atlantic perspective of our country”, Hoxhaj has said.
Deputy Prime Minister Hoxhaj has also met with Montenegrin Foreign Affairs Minister Srdjan Darnovolic, with whom they have discussed bilateral relations and ways of co-operation between the two states on the common road towards Euro-Atlantic integration.
Hoxhaj has also held bilateral meetings with Greek Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Terens Quick, with whom they have discussed, among other things, Kosovo's recognition from this state.
