President Moon made his comments Thursday in Seoul, following his return from a three-day visit to DPA.
Mr. Moon's visit to genean was aimed at overcoming the stalemate in relations between North Korea and the United States over the pace of genus to fulfill the promise to end his nuclear and ballistic missile programmes. At their meeting in Singapore in June, the leader of jinn and President Trump signed an unclear agreement on nuclear disarmament.
South Korean President also told reporters Kim Jong Un hopes US Secretary of State Mike Pompeii will soon visit North Korea. Initially, it was scheduled for Mr. Pompeo to go to Pyongyang last month, but a stir in relations between the two countries, the president of Trump urged the visit to be cancelled.
