The only road leading Kosovo forward is the process of EU integration, implementation of the SAA and ERA, Minister Hoxha stressed and sought support from ambassadors for the quicker implementation of free movement.
Minister Hoxha acknowledged the ambassadors with the visa liberalisation campaign, which will expand by mid-September, in co-operation with the prime minister's office with GIZ's support. The campaign, the minister mentioned, will include the Assembly and other relevant institutions.
We need to provide more information to the EU's skeptical states. Therefore, soon we expect to make detailed information with a focus on law enforcement reforms, migration statistics, border management and human rights”, Minister Hoxha stressed, adding that we are ready to provide all possible co-operation to ensure EU member states that visa liberalisation will not be misused, but also by recognising them for the necessity of free movement.
Finally, discussion was held with ambassadors, whom Minister Hoxha praised as very encouraging, and welcomed the ambassadors' support by concreteising the European Integration Ministry's campaign with the intensifying of activities for the quick finalisation of the free movement.
