False holiday tickets sold to 50 Kosovars in Turkey, charges with gynians

On Friday the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan has filed charges against Granit Leka, owner of the company “Vol Travel” from Gjilan. According to the prosecution, Leka offering holiday tickets to Turkey, with which they have not been able to travel, more than 50 citizens have caused material damage worth 123,859,000 euros.
The founding prosecutor in Gjilan, the General Department, has on Friday filed charges against Granit Leka, owner of the Vol Travel” company from Gjilan, where the latter during the summer season has taken money from some citizens for tourism arrangements in Turkey, but in recent moments, after they have gone to the airport, they have found they have fallen prey to a fraudulent company, since they have not been able to travel to their first destination.
The prosecution's announcement says the indictment against G. L. has been set up because of criminal acts “fraud”. “Procuroria announces through a communique that, according to the indictment, in unassigned time until early August 2018, in Gjilan, defendant G. L. as the owner of a tourist agency, with the aim of illegally benefiting property for themselves or the other person, has deceived 50 (five) damaged customers by offering holiday tickets to Turkey, with which they have not been able to travel, with the same cases causing material damage worth 123.859.0 euro”, the Basic Prosecutor's announcement in Gjilan said. /Zeri. /
