At a meeting just a few minutes before it began, the Government has adopted three bills, through which it advances civil status into the army that currently has the Security Force (FSK). The basic bill is the one for the KSF, and is supported by the KSF Service Bill and the one for the Ministry of Defence.
The path has been chosen through legal changes, since the constitutional amendments, which internationals insist on, cannot pass to the Assembly without even the vote of Serbs who do not want Kosovo to have its own army.
