The court decides for Peter Noecan after the murder of his wife and daughter in Gjakova

Peter Noecaj is suspected of committing a serious murder offense, robbing his wife and daughter of life.

The murder had occurred on August 7th this year.

The request for continued detention has been made by prosecutor Agron Matjan and the Court approved, leaving the suspect Noecaj in custody until November 5th of this year.
The prosecution in its request claims that the detention should be continued because the phase of the investigation has yet to be completed and that legal reasons exist considering the extent of the conviction for this criminal offence, which is no less than 10 years in prison or life in prison.

Also, the defendant can eliminate evidence, prevent the course of investigations, as well as influence witnesses in case”, the Gjakova Prosecutor's request said.

Peter Noecaj is accused of taking his wife and their minor daughter out of life. /Call. com
