This body part carries a deadly risk to you

A major European clinical study found that acumulating fat in the waist almost doubled the risk of premature death.

The most important thing is that this risk is the same for people who have no greater weight than those who have a body mass index in the normal range, the Kosovo Press broadcasts.

The authors published the results of a clinical study conducted by over 351,000 people, the average age of 51.9 years, including 65.4% of women. It turned out that any increase in the length of the five-inch bell increases the risk of premature death: 17% for males and 13% for women.

Tobias Pischon of the German Institute of Food Potsdam-Rehbrücke, a leading researcher in this field, believes that the most important result of all the research found that health and the risk of premature death will affect people not only overweight but also the presentation of fat tissue in the body.

This data should indicate that doctors in a routine manner during each patient's visit, besides body weight and body mass index, must measure the length of the waist.
