The Office for Catagorian Affairs issued by the KLA war, by the Office of the Prime Minister, has exposed the news that “12 people born during wartime, have been given the KLA veteran's statute”.
In a proposal for Indexline, administrative assistant to this office Lulzim Blaka has said such a thing does not stand.
In his view, the years of birth mentioned in this article have been confused.
“We looked carefully at the names mentioned in the article, and we can say that the birth years have been confused (technical error or intentional manufacturing)”, Blaka declared, even attaching the names of these people and the correct years of their birth.
Blaka has explained that the confirmation system itself cannot issue retirement claims for younger people than 1985.
“For clarification, the confirmation system cannot release retirement claims for younger people than 1985, means no person who was born after 1985, cannot apply to MPMS for pensions”, he added.
According to this office, the reality of their years of birth is the following:
Agim Shaban Doday 1979
Shukri Sadri Zenelli 1977
Avni Alush Kolecci 1958
Petrit Brahim Halilaj 1977
Nexhas Sasuri 1977
Beating up Pajazi Missini 1977
Zenel Avdyl Lufay 1953
Agim Rame Bushati 1981
Naim Bata Gashi 1966
They have further clarified that: the remaining “s that are identified, are not listed and do not benefit pensions, since they are probably employed”. /
