Arifi has read the three basic requirements of the resolution. The first is the union of the Valley with Kosovo, their involvement in the final phase of dialogue with Serbia, and the establishment of a national solidarity fund for the Valley.
We look forward to the demand that the resolution in the Kosovo Assembly on uniting the Valley with Kosovo in a period of February. We have signed all the leaders of the Valley and we hope it will be processed in Parliament, Arifi said, the Periscope broadcast.
The resolution contains these points. The involvement we have asked earlier for Preseva to be on the negotiating team with Serbia. This request is legitimate. The second requirement is for the Valley Albanians to be involved in the final phase of dialogue with Serbia. As well as seeing the economic, health and other conditions in the Valley, we want to create the Presevo Valley national solidarity fund. This happens in Switzerland, it's a logical tactic and procedure, and the EU uses it, Arifi stressed.
He also requires a more pragmatic approach to the Valley and security in the country.
Let that not be meant in exchange for territories, but to have the right success, he added. /Periscopi/
