Former Albanian businessman and lobbyist in the US DioGardi says Serbia must first recognise Kosovo's independence and then discuss such topics.

You can't trust Serbs. As you can't trust Putin, you can't trust Serbs. They lie. See what happened to Milosevic. Let us have an open discussion on this subject, where people can hear it. Because whatever the solution is, it has to be supported by people, otherwise there will be different kinds of conflicts in the future”, Diogard stressed in an interview for INA.

The Presevo Albanians, some say it's 100,000, maybe less than 50,000, but we don't know. Serbs do not allow themselves to become an honest provision. We still do not know how many Albanians are in Macedonia. They're at least 800 grand and I think maybe over a million. But they say no, there are only 25 percent, which means there are only 500 thousand Albanians. All of this is political game, because if they admit to being many Albanians, then they have to do much more for their rights, as is the international view of human rights”, he stressed.
