Albanians in Sweden call for Thaci to resign

Equipped with national symbols, and placards in their hands they have protested the way Thaci is aiming to end the resolution of centuries-old disputes with Serbia.
“They have expressed concern with the current policy in Kosovo and, as they say, oppose the actions of President Hashim Thaci and Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
Their “policies are in full opposition to the constitution of the Republic of Kosovo”, it says in the announcement of fellow countrymen.
From Sweden, Thaci has been asked for his resignation or dismissal until call for the announcement of extraordinary elections.
Organisers had previously charged Kosovo Ambassador to Sweden Sedat Burrnik with trying to prevent the protest, and thus split the diaspora Albanians in Sweden.
