Out of the 834m euros spent by state institutions during this year's first six-month, only 180m euros are capital expenses, while the rest are spent on wages of civil servants, for retirement of old age, and for pensions of veterans of the former Kosovo Liberation Army, writes the newspaper “Zri” today.
In the first six months of this year, institutions that receive money from the state budget have spent nothing less than 834m euros, and the majority have been spent on salaries and social transfers.
Based on the six-month report of the Ministry of Finance, it is seen that during the first half of the year, the budgetary category, identified in the salary report, and paid 293 million of the 820 thousand euros, where this amount for wages has been spent 248m euros, for fees for union payments have been spent 860 thousand euros, 90,000 euros for membership from the Kosovo Infermiers' House, 6000 euros for the membership of the Kosovo Medical Councils, 16m euros are in personal income stoppages, until about 28m euros are pension contributions from the employer, as well as a loan for justice and 26 thousand euros.
