University “Loma Linda” (LLU), University of California, Los Angeles University, each is recruiting 250 subjects to eat avocados for study reasons.
This study will consider if eating a daily avocado reduces the viscial fat in the stomach”, says Joan Sabate, who heads the Center for Food, Living Style and Disease Prevention in LLU.
In fact, the hypothesis will be tested that avocados help people lose fat in the womb and promote weight loss.
In order to qualify for this study, participants must have the following criteria:
Be 25 or older.
Have the will to eat an avocado every day for six months or eat just two avocados per month for the same period.
If they're male, or eight inches [ 89 cm] in between, they're females.
The participants receiving a free medical check from LLU clinics as well as a $300 compensation.
