In KTV's interactive, he has said that nontransparents in dialogue with Serbia have brought the current situation to Kosovo.
Speaking of the extraordinary session in early September, for which the opposition applied, which is expected to vote a resolution banning President Thaci from negotiating the borders with Serbia, Zemaj has said MPs should be one that “Kosovo is inseparably”.
No one has a mandate beyond the Constitution to discuss territory, negotiate the border line. Politically, we will seek a point that stops not only the president, but anyone who saw the Parliament's approval speaks of territory. What we have seen and, above all, I repeat that nontransparability in dialogue has led to this situation. What's obvious is that we're in a phase where we have many unknown”, Zemaj said, adding that even internationals are well-informed what's being hidden “behind this” game.
He has said the Kosovo government is being unsymetic when Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj is claiming that no information on dialogue is available.
Zemaj has said they have taken the position of US officials that “The U.S. has no change in attitude about borders and even unwilling to open up such themes, especially in regions where there are lots of sites that can easily turn on”.
LDK MP has said his party will use democratic forms if Thaci agrees on border correction. He has added that he does not believe that one can oppose popular power and the majority to make separate decisions, especially without internal consensus and the Assembly. Zemaj at the end has not ruled out even the protest as a democratic means to reject Thaci's actions.
Zemaj has also talked about veterans' lists, which he has said were used for political purposes. According to him, “intervals have devalved the values of war, but this devalvim has started since the post-war and not only now”.
As regards the demand for protests to sack Chief State Prosecutor Aleksander Lumezi, Zemaj has said that if it were in place of Lumez, he would leave.
Even though she has agreed to speak whether Lumezi should be fired, Zemaj has said that former prosecutor Elez Blakaj's letter, indicating interventions by Lumezi and politics at the time she investigated veterans' lists, has exposed the weak judiciary system in the country.
