What does Wyman mean to Pristina, and what about Belgrade?

It explains in detail the functioning of Uyman, and according to him, the company founded by the Serbian government would have to take over Wyman's thermoelectric leadership.
He says all of these are involved in the binding legal agreement between Belgrade and Pristina dealing with energy, which, according to him, some things are conditional in agreement.
In this document, Hidroelelana and Uyman Lake will have a key location.
So reports Serbian media, interviewing TV journalist Prva, Petar Gajic.
“Lake is located in the far north, and much of the water is located in central Serbia's territory, but from there the Ibri flows south then to the east and through the Iber Lepenci Canal, runs towards Pristina, cooling the Obilqi 1 and Obiliki 2, which supplies all of Kosovo with electricity and their work is unstable without that water of Ujman... Kosovo would have no water without this lake, but there would be no electricity because Pristina is a city of more than 500 thousand people, while there is no river... They have a modern drinking water factory that opened last year, but the first item for this factory in one piece, especially during the summer months, must come from Lake Weyman. Other sources in Kosovo, simply do not exist, exist in Dukagjin, south of Pristina, but the channel which has been built since the time of RSFJ is almost crucial... the energy issue has been resolved very elegant and logically. There are several actions that need to be withdrawn both, the other side, but have not yet attracted these actions neither Belgrade nor Pristina... Knowing what will happen with this agreement, Serbia's government has made a decision and the Elektrosever company in Zubin Potok has been established. And this company with this agreement had to take over the leadership of Uyman's thermoelectrics, while according to Kosovo's law local governments could be the owners of public institutions, and here we have nothing contestive. But under the agreement, things are conditional, meaning EPS (Serbia's) will receive the power supply license throughout Kosovo, while our electro-net would have to allow Kosovo's electrorrhette to become a member of the association of power distribution operator. And these things are stuck... They act like they're accusing each other of this impasse, in fact, the EU hasn't dealt with the pressure to make this deal happen by the end of”, says Gajic. /Periscopi/
