A six-year-old wound in Podujevo

Kosovo police have detailed the injuries that took place yesterday afternoon on Skenderbeu Street in Podujevo.

Police have revealed that the wounded girl is out of danger for life.

As soon as it gets to the scene, the police have concluded that it has to do with a general risk cause, where a six-year-old girl who was immediately sent out for medical treatment has been reportedly out of danger for life. Following consultation with the caretaker prosecutor, the case has opened to the general danger, while police investigators are working on clarifying all circumstances related to the case. But in the town of Podujevo yesterday, another case has been opened causing general danger, where a window of a bar located on the street of Mosque” has been damaged, it says, in their announcement.

It is also known that on two other occasions guns were used at a family party last night, where four weapons were confiscated.

“On two other separate cases in Podujevo and one in the village of Letanca of Podujevo, where family parties used firearms last night, police have conducted raids and confiscated four firearms:- two pistols ( Ecol ) -- a Zoraki gun and a M57-type gun, and two people have been arrested: ) S. S, male, 66, citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, and M. H, male, 50, citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, who at the order of the prosecutor has been sent to keeping”, is said to be further in writing.

Pristina's regional police directorate has in its daily focus the fight against crime, the capture and arrest of criminal acts suspects, as well as ensuring order, security and public calm.

They have invited all citizens who have information regarding criminal cases, and especially in the case where the person was injured, to support the police with their information on the investigation and discovery of such acts.
