The West recognises it, but Thaci does not recognise Kosovo independence includes Vuciq

Angela Merkel's reaction, the German Chancellor, to the issue in question, has left the president of our Republic silent.

But, has reacted Aleksandar Vuciqi, the Serbian president, who has said that the “Western World recognises Kosovo independence”. A statement that stated in this context shows that the eventual correction of the borders would have implications in reconsidering the country's international status. In other simpler words, it means that President Thaci himself has questioned the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our Republic.

Such a solution could even affect the country's international recognition and reopen other issues as Serbia might hope.
