Vuciq: In Kosovo we have no territory, no army, no police

Vuciq, showing which elements make the state, has said only one of the state elements, even only somewhere, Serbia has it in Kosovo.

The state is made of four elements -- territory, population, army and police -- he has said.

“From these four elements, Serbia in Kosovo has only the population, even here and there alone”, Vuciq said, guide “politika”.

Speaking of international reactions about setting borders, the Serbian chairman has recalled that Western Kosovo has recognised existing borders.
