Lawyer Tome Gashi through a Facebook note has demanded from Blakaj that “be taken into account” against those who forced him to resign.

According to Gashi, this <x0 takeback” would be done by publishing the names of these people and that this gesture by Blakaj would be imposed in the interest of Kosovo and justice.

This debt, the lawyer says Blakaj was committed to the U.S., who helped him get educated and professionalized.

Gashi has said, among other things, that prosecutor Blakaj's professionalism has not been questioned, including him as a lawyer.

ELEZ PROCUROR BLAKUE TO “ ” TAKE WHAT YOU DUNTURE DON'T BE ANOTHER!

One of the most professional prosecutors in Kosovo, Mr. Elez Blakaj has resigned from his position imposed by those who investigated them, and it appears he has also filed charges against them for very serious crimes.

In the interest of the state of Kosovo and the justice, Prosecutor Blakaj would have to find opportunities to make public the names of those who have investigated any kind of abuse of any kind and especially for those associated with former KLA participants' lists.

It is known that an extremely large number of them benefit falsely and deceitfully from Kosovo's budget and have never been members of the KLA but have been and are ordinarian frauds.

Not too far away were published in the media even those who didn't pay off electricity or spend water and similar amounts.

So, Prosecutor Blakaj would have to publicise the names of those who have pressured him to resign from the Kosovo Jurydic System and thus eventually render a good service to Kosovo as a state, KLA and justice in general.

Because those persons are state or political officials, or former KLA superiors, will face another prosecutor for the pressures they have put on him and will eventually be tarnished so much that their influence will be permanently eliminated against those who work for justice.

Prosecutor Elez Blakaj is charged with “taking revenge on them by making public the names of the investigated, accused and those who have pressured him to quit his work that he has done very successfully.

This Mr. Elez Blakaj owes him and those who have helped him with his schooling and professionalism, which no one has ever questioned, including myself as a lawyer in cases of his work as a criminal prosecutor for extremely serious crimes, including criminal acts of war crimes.

Prosecutor Blakaj I want to remember as the wise prosecutor, with special legal skills, bold and for these reasons he must be “ ”
