Thaci: Postcrulous opposition, citizens will choose whether they want peace or face with Serbia

Thaci writes that since the internationals -- from the US to the EU member states -- have given support to this agreement, the Kosovo opposition is what considers the agreement with Serbia to be an evil goal for Kosovo. The president has even called the opposition unscrupulous.

Since declaring independence and until today, Kosovo has never had greater international attention. Starting in the US, Germany, France, Italy, England and almost all EU member states are involved in efforts to reach the peaceful agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. This evental agreement, which is very difficult to reach, has the main goal of recognising Kosovo from Serbia and our membership in the EU, NATO and the UN.

So, since on one side we have all of Kosovo's freedom and independence allies in strong support for reaching the peaceful agreement with Serbia, unfortunately in Kosovo, on the other hand we have an opposition assisted by some lonely voices of civil society that consider this support to be an evil goal for Kosovo.

This unscrupulous propaganda of opposition parties against our international allies, wrapped up in panic for allegedly violating state sovereignty, is dangerous and shameful.

Never does any harm come to Kosovo from supporting our Western allies. The only bad that can come to our country is only from those who do not want peaceful agreements with Serbia, who do not want Kosovo membership in the EU, NATO and the UN.
