The discussion comes after widespread debate about President Hashim Thaci's idea, and his Serbian counterpart, Aleksandar Vuqic, on restructuring the borders as a result of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
This idea is opposed by the opposition in Kosovo and a wide spectrum of civil society, but also the allies of Europe as Germany.
