People who know him wonder how every day he tries to make a “street” difficult and how he copes with the currents of the river while carrying with him and the tools he needs.
He packs his laptop, suit, shoes in a water - free box by putting them on his back and swimming about two miles [2 km] to work.
During the seasons, he adjusts his swimming suit, but he never removes his rubber sandals to protect his feet from stones, glass, or other waste that may have been thrown into the river.
