Use the evening air to refresh your home, and remove the heat that has been collected during the day.
Stay away from the heat
Avoid heated temperatures especially during the hottest days, mostly between 10:00 and 2: 00 p.m., when the sun is stronger, Kosovo follows. Do not allow children or animals to stay in the heat.
The Importance of Water
Keep your body refreshed and hydrated. Use light, expensive clothes, take cold showers, and constantly take care to drink water but avoid alcohol and caffeine.
