The competition, held in Bretna, features an early stereotype: that of Montenegrins who don't like the job.
Victors did not have to do anything special but lie on a mattress on the floor for 49 hours and thus managed to take the trophy home.
They could even break the record because the winners of last year had remained in the same position for 48 and a half hours.
“across the Balkans finds barsolettes for Montenegrins and their laziness”, Euronews”, one of the organisers, Radonja Blagojevic, who came to our inspiration.
The challenge was answered by about 60 competitors. The first prize was symbolic, 400 euros, but interest again did not lack. The winners are three girls and one guy.
During the competition, everything is permitted - to eat, drink, talk, and sail online, provided that you stay on the mattress all the time. Anyone getting up, even to use the toilet, is immediately disqualified.
The winner is usually the last to rise, but the four agreed to stand together after breaking the 2017 record.
